In addition to the importance of owners making sure their shutters are closed if their unit is vacant, the matter of the Office needing 2 keys to each unit needs to be addressed.
Some owners have not provided the Office with even one key.  Others have provided door keys, but not exterior storm door keys, nor keys to the storage closets. Storage of shutters are to be inside the unlocked storage closets in each building.
Persons who request Pest Control in their unit (whether they are living in the unit or away) must give the Office keys to enter the unit.
In the event of an emergency, Office and/or maintenance staff needs to enter any unit to check for any damages.  
No outside contractor is permitted to enter a unit unless the owner has provided permission in writing (faxed or emailed) to the Office.
Staff accompanies the Town Inspector when inspections of permitted work is necessary.  Thank you for your cooperation.  Administration
