All units that are vacant must have the shutters closed and locked. All outside patio items (potted plants, chairs, decorative items) must be brought inside the unit.  Propane gas tanks must be stored nearest the dumpster.  Please make arrangements to have these items taken care of so that our maintenance crew is not burdened with the responsibility. Otherwise, if maintenance workers have to do the work,  owners will be notified that they will be charged a fee.
