All owners are urged to ensure their shutters are closed. (Maintenance staff has made great effort to check vacant units for open shutters. Owners who have not provided the office with working keys to their units and neglected to close shutters have jeopardized their own property as well as their neighbors.)
Outside patio furniture, bicycles, potted plants, barbecue grills,etc. must be stored and secured.
Permanent residents who want to volunteer to check their surrounding area for items left by absent owners would be providing an important service to our community.
