RULES AND REGULATIONS – [STATUTS ET RÈGLEMENTS]

In posting the Waterside Village of Palm Beach Condominium Association Rules and Regulations on our new web site, the Board of Directors is aware that these need to be updated.  It is the firm intention of the Board of Directors to do an exhaustive review of the documents as soon as possible.

This being said, it is also the firm conviction of the Directors that only through an impartial and vigilant application of these Rules and Regulations will we maintain the quality of life we have all enjoyed so far in Waterside Village.

Each of you already has a copy of these Rules and Regulations in Waterside Village’s telephone directory (white binder) that was given to each condo owner.  The posting of these on our new web site is another opportunity to remind each one of us that we have a common interest in ensuring that these Rules and Regulations are respected and adhered to by all, owners and renters alike.

En affichant les Statuts et règlements de Waterside Village of Palm Beach Condominium Association sur notre nouveau site web, le Conseil d’administration est conscient que ces Statuts et règlements doivent être revus et améliorés.  C’est aussi la ferme intention du CA de faire cette révision  le plus tôt possible.

Ceci étant dit, vos Directeurs au CA sont fermement convaincus que nous devons demeurer vigilants dans l’application impartiale de ces Status et règlements afin de maintenir la qualité de vie qui est la nôtre à Waterside Village.

Chacun de vous avez déjà une copie de ces Statuts et règlements dans le bottin téléphonique (cartable blanc).  L’affichage de ces Statuts et règlements sur notre nouveau site web est une occasion de plus pour chacun de vous de réaliser qu’il y va de notre intérêt de faire en sorte qu’ils soient respectés par tous, propriétaires et locataires.
