Le projet d'installation des volets anti-ouragans nécessite l'accès à tous les condos de Waterside Village.  Veuillez s.v.p. vous assurer que le bureau ait une clef de votre condo.  

La politique concernant l'obligation de chaque propriétaire de fournir une clef au bureau est copiée ci-bas.  Veuillez en prendre connaissance.

WATERSIDE VILLAGE KEY POLICY

1)    Keys to units will only be given out to authorized personnel (Directors, Manager, and Staff)
2)    Authorized personnel may enter a unit in an emergency, such as fire, flooding, injury, death, or for a planned project.
3)    Sign-out sheet will be posted on the Office key box; all authorized persons must sign out for keys.
4)    Keys need to be returned to the Office by the end of the same business day by 4:00 p.m.
5)    The key cabinet in the Office will be locked at all times.
6)    If you request interior pest control by the exterminator, the Office will sign out a key to the exterminator.
7.    All owners will be held responsible to provide keys for vendors, service repair persons, deliveries, etc. to their own units.
8.)    As per Waterside’s docs and the Florida State Statute, ALL OWNERS MUST PROVIDE A KEY TO THEIR UNIT AT THE WATERSIDE OFFICE.
