New Accounting Firm
We are happy to announce that Barry & Company, PA has been chosen to begin performing bookkeeping services for Waterside starting January 1, 2007.  Much of what was learned from our experience with Accountsult has been used to help better screen and select this new company.

How does this affect you?
Owners will soon receive a letter from Barry & Company that will provide detailed payment instructions.  This letter will be tailored to each owner’s individual situation, and will include payment coupons (if applicable).

Here is a preview of the instructions that will be contained in your letter:

•    Check Payments - Mail to: Waterside Village of Palm Beach Condominium Assoc., Inc., PO Box 7308, West Palm Beach, FL 33405

•    EFT Payments - (No action required on your part)

•    Payment Coupons - Maintenance coupons and shutter assessment coupons (if applicable) will be included with your letter.
