June 1 starts the hurricane season. A reminder to owners that any condo that is unoccupied must have all hurricane shutters closed.  (Objects left outside must also be stored or removed.  Propane gas tanks for grills are to be stored east of the dumpster in the fenced area.)
Owners who have designated an individual to check their condo periodically should contact those persons to close shutters in the absence of the owner.
Owners who rent or lend their condos to others must remind their tenants to close the shutters before they leave.
Any units that have not been secured and left for the 2-man maintenace crew to close, the owner will be charged a fee of $50 per unit.
Permanent residents who may be away from their unit for more than a two-hour drive away must close their shutters before leavng.
