COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS

Over the past year, a number of residents have brought to the attention of board members and employees situations that were in clear contravention of the rules and regulations of our condominium association.  The board realizes that too often we could not intervene quickly enough in order to correct these situations.

For example, situations such as people smoking in non-smoking areas; parking or driving infractions; abuse of common spaces; non-compliance with the rules pertaining to management of pets; noise level after hours and many other situations that impede the peace and the good order of our community.

 Therefore, in order to improve our ability to intervene more quickly in situations that require immediate attention, residents can now either inform the Office at 582-6765 or go directly to our security officer, André Desjardins who can be reached at 582-9979.   André Desjardins is the person who provides security services to our Village in the evenings.  André has been doing a superb job for many years and has accepted to take on these additional responsibilities.  When called he will react quickly and will have the full authority of the board of directors.

We hope that this additional service is another good step towards making Waterside Village the best managed community in Palm Beach County!
