Owners who plan renovations or construction work in their unit must adhere to the rules of Waterside Village as well as those of the Town ordinances.  Hammering, drilling, sawing, etc. is permitted between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. NO SUCH CONSTRUCTION WORK SHALL BE PERMITTED ON SUNDAYS AND LEGAL HOLIDAYS.  Please respect your neighbors' entitlement to peace and quiet during times of relaxation.
