Persons who leave out cat food or any food by the dumpster, by the hedge lines or outside their unit door,
are not only making the stray cat problem worse but they are attracting raccoons who are multiplying.
Raccoons carry rabies, and raccoons can kill cats and dogs.
If you or someone you know are leaving cat food around, you are adding to a problem we once had under control.
