August is the height of hurricane season.  All owners are reminded that all vacant units must have all their shutters closed. If you have made prior arrangements for someone other than yourself to make sure your shutters are closed, pleased notify them immediately.
If you have not done so and maintenance staff is required to close unit shutters, there will be a charge of up to $50 per unit.
