New Website for 2025 and Some History!

We are live with our new community website!

Here are some additional pieces of information on the new site:

1. Navigate around the new website and familiarize yourself with the new look and feel as well as the new features, photos, layouts, bulletin boards, etc.
2. You can change the language from English to French if desired by clicking on the language link in the top right-hand corner of the website
3. The site is a responsive site which means that you can visit it from your computer, your tablet or your mobile phone and get an experience specific to your device – for example, if you are on a computer, you will see a blue menu across the whole page but if you are on a mobile phone, there will not be a blue menu and instead there will be a link with 3 bars that reads MENU that once clicked on or tapped on will display a menu
4. If you want to post messages on the new bulletin board, you will need to create a new user account.  To create a new account, click on “REGISTER” and follow the onscreen instructions.
   1. If you are an owner or a current resident and if we have your email address, you may have received an Invitation Code in the website announcement email already sent out. If you have a code, please enter it in the Invitation Code field – this will allow your account to automatically be approved for immediate use. If you do not have an invitation code, it’s not a problem, just leave that field blank and an administrator will approve your new account within 24 hours.
5. All current documents, minutes, financial statements, notices, and active bulletin board topics have been migrated to the new site. Historical content will continue to be loaded over the next few months.
6. If you have a current condo posted for sale or for rent, please use the FEEDBACK FORM to have it deleted once your condo is no longer available – you will be able to edit or delete your own posts going forward.

6. The scrolling banner at the top will always contain the most recent important messages for our community so please check there first for any late breaking news
7. For additional information on how to create an account, login, use the bulletin boards and more, please consult the FAQ page accessible through the menu on the site.
8. Please use the FEEDBACK FORM link at the bottom of any page on the new website to provide any and all feedback on the new site.
9. We will be adding new features over the next several months so please stay tuned and visit the site regularly to be part of something great!

Website History

This is the 3rd version in 20 years of the WatersideVillage.com website.

In 2005, this is how it all started, we were on the Internet with a great looking website :

Starting in 2013, our website overall look and feel was modernized – the images were dynamic and cycled through many different photos of our site and social activities.

The new website you are visiting was launched in May 2025, who knows what the next iteration of our website will look like? Visit us often to find out.
