This report contains 3 sections, first the information received from the United States Traveler Communications Center, then extract of an article published in the Soleil de la Floride news paper and then a French translation of the Traveler Communication Center reply. Director Michel Poirier questioned the CBP on the process and application to obtain an i94 either within 7 days prior to your planned entrance in the United States if by land and see the answer if you enter by air or by boat. The Traveler Communications Center provided the following answer from his questions.
