PROJECTS
- On completion of the access ramps, we will evaluate the need to install railings and complete the surrounding area.
- Perform the required annual survey of all our fire extinguishers in accordance with fire marshal requirements.
- Perform corrections mentioned in the fire marshal inspection of the property. So far, railing issues are one of the main elements. Owners, please advise the office if such a situation exists. If you rent, make sure your renter understands this requirement. Another main issue is people having too much furniture on their landings or entryways, blocking easy access to the fire extinguishers.
- Trim larger trees for the hurricane season.
- If the budget allows, renovate the office conference room restroom.
- On completion of the blackening of the asphalt contract, our staff will do the remaining blackening of the asphalt.
