Water and sewage cost from December 8 to January 8, 2026

Residents,
Please find in the attachment the monthly cost for water and sewage, remember that water is very expensive in Florida. There are 2 components; a fixed fee portion and we have no impact on it and a consumption fee, and this is where we can have an impact.
The following data includes 5 buildings number, the unit number in each building and finally the daily consumption per unit, occupied or not. For the 411 units the average daily consumption is 87.9 gallons per day per unit.

Building 7, unit 172 to 179, average daily consumption 262.5 per unit.
Building 11, unit 372 and 373, average daily consumption 216.7 per unit.
Building 14, unit 347 to 351, average daily consumption 246.7 per unit.
Building 15, unit 337 and 338, average daily consumption 266.7 per unit.
Building 16, unit 311 to 315, average daily consumption 173. per unit.

Four of those buildings are Townhouse buildings. Last month the 2 high-cost situations were resolved or hope it does maintain that way. It was not due to an underground leak; it was in unit normally toilet leak.
Thanks to Daniel Laviolette and Claude Rivard, who did maintain daily log of meter reading, and it allowed the Association to find the source of the high cost. Average cost per gallon is $0.55.

Please verify any possible leak and the administration will also visit at least building 7,11,14,15 and 16.
