NOTE: Forms change occasionally.  Be sure to look for the most recent forms on the website and use these; do not use old forms you may have copied previously. Go to FORMS AND APPLICATIONS on this website.

When arranging a rental or lending for your unit, all items must be sent to the office at the same time, 30 days in advance of a tenant's arrival:

1. A check of $150 for the screening fee
2. The forms from the Short Term Occupancy page

Owners: When posting your units for rent or lending, please include your unit number, a phone number and an email address so people may contact you directly. Remove any out-dated postings from this forum.  Posts may be removed or updated by the administration for outdated and erroneous information without notice.

NOTICE: OWNERS WHO RENT OUT THEIR HOME FEWER THAN 6 MONTHS A YEAR ARE REQUIRED BY COUNTY LAW TO CHARGE THE 5 PERCENT BED TAX.  FORMS TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE.
Persons wanting to rent a unit at Waterside may register.  After registering you may post your interest in renting a condo.
Please remember this forum is only for promoting Waterside Village units.

TIPS and TRICKS when Posting condos for rent

To include a link to your email address in your post, follow the instructions below.

1. Highlight the Email Address
2. Click the Insert/edit link icon
3. Enter "maito:<email address>"
4. If you don't want to display your email in the post, change the link text to what you want to display
5. This is how it looks and it's clickable now and will open the mail client for the person clicking on the link.
