| • W-020 – U.S. Background and Credit Screening / Canadian Background Only Screening |
| • W-015 – Parking Registration Form NOTE: For the Parking Registration Form, please come to the Administration office after your arrival (during office hours) and bring the following documents with you: 1) current driver’s license. 2) current vehicle registration. 3) current proof of vehicle insurance. If your car is a rental car, please bring rental car paperwork with your driver’s license. 4) The above form (W-015) filled out. |
