Project Updates for October 2026

Here is the latest update on maintenance and improvement projects at Waterside Village.

West Pool

The West pool is now open! A pump still needs to be replaced, and that work is expected to take one day.

Tennis Courts

Resurfacing work is ongoing. The target is to have the courts available for use by mid-November, depending on the progress of the work.

Clubhouse Roof

Replacement of the rear portion of the clubhouse roof is delayed while we await permit approval.

Asphalt Repairs and Resurfacing

Asphalt repairs and resurfacing are also delayed pending permit approval.
