West Pool Resurfacing Nearing Completion

Dear Waterside Village Residents,

Good news — the resurfacing of the West Pool and spa is well underway and nearing completion. The old surface has been stripped out, the tile line has been redone, and the new finish has now been applied to both the pool and the spa. As you can see in the photos below, it is looking beautiful.

Two things still need to happen before we can reopen. First, we are waiting on the Palm Beach County health inspector to come out and give us their sign-off. Second, once the pool is filled, the water chemistry needs time to balance and stabilize. That is a normal part of every resurfacing project and it is not something that can be rushed if we want the new finish to last.

We do not have an exact reopening date yet, but everything is on track and we expect it to be soon. In the meantime, please keep clear of the West Pool area while the crew finishes up. We will post an update here just as soon as we have the green light to open the gate.
