West Pool & Spa Resurfacing — Starting Around July 20th

Residents,

The Association will be having the West pool and the spa resurfaced this summer.   The contractor is currently waiting for the Department of Health approval and the Town of Hypoluxo permit to be finalized.   The rough start date would be approximately July 20th.  The pool will be closed for several weeks during this renovation but the east pool will be open for all to use. 

We will update with the exact closing date as soon as the contractor lets us know.
